This boot is fairly comfortable and runs true to size. I normally wear an orthotic insole but so far I have not needed one as the boot has adequate arch support by itself. I just received them so can't attest to the warmth and waterproofness quite yet. I believe you can wear this boot with pretty much any type of pants and it will look good.
After wearing these boots a few times, I found the front portion of the insole did not provide me with enough cushioning, so I am reducing the rating to 3 stars.
