5Great pair of work boots. Whoever John Deer had make these boots for them made a quality product.
By James
I'm used to the usual break in period of usually a month with most leather boots where your feet blister up and you are in pain every time you walk. As soon as I put them on they took about 1 day before they really felt like a pair of sneakers. The laces are good quality and the 1/2" defined heel is a work requirement to keep from slipping on ladders. I was a little leary about buying these since no one else posted any reviews, no one I knew had bought any, and I'm not near a John Deer store where I could lay eyes on a pair. I have been wearing these for several months now and they are holding up better than my last pair of Wolverines that lasted almost a year. Every day I walk in attics and crawl under houses, and with almost no visible tread on the bottom I was a little worried. I have not had a minutes trouble and even though I wore them during the 110+ heat index south summer then still wear great and with a little dust off look great.
